As an art therapist, I feel obligated to have an art therapy stamp. Feel free to use, but either comment or fav so I know who has it. :thumbsup:

Art therapy is a type of mental health counseling that uses the creative process as a means of expression and communication. Instead of just talking during therapy, clients are encouraged to use artistic materials to explore feelings and create metaphors that can facilitate understanding of the self as well as the world around them. Because sometimes words aren't enough.

Not many do...but the field is growing and art therapists can be found in a variety of therapeutic settings.

Wow that's really cool!
I've never heard of art therapy before but for me art has always been very therapeutic, whether it's finding a piece of art that displays an emotion I can identify with or creating my own picture.

totally going to use this stamp, people really need art, in order to explain many things, it's kind of what I do, with my photos, My photos come from my mind. and what is from my mind, is from my heart. :heart:
