It was a beautiful day and so packed up some supplies and sat by the Charles River in Boston to draw. I generally find landscapes boring, but it was nice to get outside. I'm so used to the sheltered studio life that I forgot how many people will actually approach you when they see you making art....the attention is very strange.
I've been in Boston for 2 years and I love it And thanks Pastels are really convenient for on the go drawing...that's one reason I wanted to get back into them. It's so much easier to take a little box out than to pack up paints.

I also lived in Chicago, but no, I loved Boston. It was so artistic and full of something in the air... art, science... I have fond memories of Hardvard and the MIT campus I visited, the museums... Again, you are very very lucky!!!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
