The Little Prince

Been doing a lot of Snape fanart lately, but I'm having fun with it. I've done this with the "Snape's Loyalties" contest held by :iconsnapefanclub:in mind. Because Snape's only true loyalty was for Lily. Aw.

Used Chris as a model again. The ladies are special because I have a few books of copyright-free19th century images...and I've been dying to use them for ideas. I finally got my chance.

Watercolor and charcoal
A little looser than my other paintings, but I wanted it to look a bit "dreamy".

EDIT: Something had been bothering me about this painting and I couldn't put my finger on it. I finally decided to go back into it with charcoal in order to rectify whatever was throwing it off. I think I succeeded. Let me know.

What a beautiful piece. I am usually not a huge enthusiast woah-my-god fan of Harry Potter, but I loved that thing with Snape and Lily.

nice work! I totally fail at watercolours myself. This is nicely done, especially the way the ladies' hair merges into the background.
