I thought it was about time for another journal entry. Just for you magic bipeds.

1) I found this article about how to deal with unconstructive criticism--[link] and although it's aimed towards blogs/ website, I really feel as though the concepts can apply to dA (because, you know, we've all come across it at one point or another). So, give it a read and enjoy.

2) This pretty cool idea has been floating around and I wanted to share it with you all. And that idea is that it would be rad if DeviantArt supported the buying and selling of art--not just prints, but actual pieces. So if that tickles your fancy, put your input here at the poll: [link]

I shared studio space with her in college, she's one of my greatest friends, I love her to death, and now I'm featuring her work in my journal. She has an AMAZING talent for painting fabrics--it blows me away.
